Important Notice:
Effective June 01 2008 new landfill restrictions have been placed on paints and tires.
1) Until further notice, ALL paint cans must be either completely empty OR be open with no lid.
2) Until further notice, we are unable to accept tires for recycling in demolition or dry waste loads. |
Restricted Contents
The following items have restrictions. Call ahead to verify acceptablility and any special loading conditions

White Goods (washers, dryers, stoves. Limits on qty. Please call.)

Freezers, Fridges, Chilled Water Coolers (subject to refrigerant recovery fee; limit 1 per container)

Food Waste (subject to acceptability. Please call)

Tires (limits may apply)
Prohibited Contents
The following items are prohibited and are not permitted in waste containers.

Motor oils, petroleum greases, gasoline, antifreeze

Batteries

Paint (open dry containers are OK) and/or paint thinners

Railroad Ties

Pesticides
-
Propane tanks
-
Asbestos (special procedures in place. Call for information)

Medical Waste

Animal by products, carcasses or offal.
